Proposal of a new identity for Maison de la culture du Japon à Paris - House of the Japanese culture in Paris. This institution created in 1997 aims to present the Japanese culture to a large and diverse audience.
The starting point of the project was the creation of a customized font inspired by the traditional Japanese houses.
The visual identity is based on the white and red colours combined with a frame system inspired by the 'Shojis', the traditional sliding doors found in Japanese houses.
