Creating a visual identity for a new French restaurant located in Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer, by the Mediterranean Sea. This restaurant focuses on traditional Mediterranean cuisine, favoring local products from smaller farmers and fishermen.
Challenge
This restaurant is located in an area where a lot of places are doing traditional Mediterranean cuisine and are usually using elements such as fishes or boats in their logos.

Solution
Beyond the excellence of its cuisine, La Villa Marine is a trip to the Mediterranean culture. The monogram was a way to focus on traditions and quality. The use of serifs recalls the Latin influence still visible in the region and makes the logo almost resemble a Roman villa set by the water.
